Short version: the only information this site collects is what you type into the application form, and it is used for one thing, deciding whether we should talk.
Algirdas Karalius, trading as MB Drakon Systems, Lithuania. You can reach me at karalius2013@gmail.com, and that address also handles anything in this notice.
Only what you enter in the application form:
Nothing is collected if you only read the site. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, no analytics, and no account to create. This site sets no cookies of its own, so there is no cookie banner to click away.
To judge whether your situation is one I can help with, and to reply to you. That is the whole purpose. Your answers are not used to build a marketing list, and you will not be added to a sequence of automated emails.
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing me, and that does not affect anything already done before you withdrew it.
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, the service that hosts this site, and a copy reaches my email inbox at Google. Both are used only to receive and read your answers.
Up to two years from the day you send the form, so that I can pick up a conversation that paused. Ask me to delete it sooner and I will.
No one. Your answers are not sold, rented, or shared with other companies. The only exception would be if the law required me to hand something over.
Wherever you live, you can ask me to:
One email is enough, and I will act on it within 30 days. If you are in the European Union and you think I have handled your data badly, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
The presentation video is hosted on YouTube, and nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play. Until then you see only a still image served from this site, and no cookie is set. I checked this on 18 September 2026: opening any page here sets zero cookies.
When you do press play, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com, the host YouTube provides for exactly this reason. In my own test that player set no cookies either and contacted no advertising server. Even so, once the player is running, YouTube may collect data about you under its own terms, which I do not control.
The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. That sets no cookies, but Google does see your IP address when the fonts are fetched. If you would rather that did not happen, tell me and I will serve the fonts from this site instead.
Questions, or want your data removed?
Email karalius2013@gmail.com and say what you want done. No form to fill in.
